Times are tough and money is tight all around this country and in almost every American household,but the smallest contribution helps in BIG ways.

CHAPA donations are put directly into the ever growing law fees associated with Cape Hatteras National Seashore Recreational Area's access issues.

No one within CHAPA or the OBPA recieves a salary and the administrative costs are almost non existant.You can rest assured that your contributions are going directly towards preserving access for the beaches of Hatteras and Ocacroke Islands.
